About the Role

We have an fantastic opportunity for an Occupational Therapist to join our growing OT team. 

Our goal is to provide the best services to participants, while providing a genuinely supportive environment for all team members. Back2You Therapy provides Mobile Occupational Therapy and Physiotherapy services primarily to teens and adults living with complex neurological conditions. 

If you have experience in working with complex neurological conditions, with an interest in either neurodiverse or mental health populations we would love to talk more!

It is very important to us to provide quality support to both participants and the Back2You team. To join our amazing team, we are looking for:

• A highly motivated individual and currently registered Occupational Therapist 

• Experience working within the NDIS

• A driven and committed individual who works well independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team

• Sound understanding of evidence-based approaches and the NDIS

• Ability to represent Back2You in a person-centred, respectful and professional manner

• Thrive in a culture of collaboration, respect and continuous improvement

Requirements

• Current AHPRA registered Occupational Therapist

• NDIS experience/understanding

• Exceptional interpersonal skills, including the ability to connect with clients and carers in a professional and empathetic manner

• CPR & First Aid Certificate

• Police Check

• Driver's License

• NDIS Worker's Screening
