Night Shift Digital Print & Fulfilment Operator – Two Positions

About the role

PrintLocker is looking for two reliable, detail-focused people to join our fast-paced production team as Night Shift Digital Print & Fulfilment Operators.

You'll work on the PrintLocker Night Shift Team as a Digital Print & Fulfilment Operator, using Brother GTX and Polaris digital printers and automatic pretreatment equipment to produce high-quality printed garments. Depending on production needs, the mix of tasks may change throughout the shift, with team members rotating between printing, pretreatment, folding and packing as required.

Key responsibilities

• Operating Brother GTX and Polaris digital printers

• Operating automatic garment pretreatment equipment

• Preparing, loading and positioning garments accurately

• Monitoring print quality and colour consistency

• Folding and packing completed garments and orders

• Following production and order instructions

• Completing routine printer cleaning and operator maintenance

• Identifying straightforward production quality issues

• Keeping production and packing areas clean, organised and safe

• Communicating production issues and completing a clear handover to the day team

About you

• Are dependable, punctual and comfortable working a permanent night shift

• Are comfortable standing and performing repetitive production, folding and packing work in a fast-paced environment

• Take pride in producing accurate, consistent work

• Have strong attention to detail

• Can follow written production and order instructions

• Are confident using computer-controlled production equipment

• Work well as part of a small team while managing your own tasks

• Communicate clearly when something doesn't look right

• Have a reliable way to travel to Brunswick for night shift (secure onsite parking available)
