The Koorie Heritage Trust (KHT) is seeking an enthusiastic, highly organised and customer-focused Tours Coordinator to lead the coordination and delivery of our renowned Guided Cultural Walking Tours.
This is an exciting opportunity to join one of Australia's leading First Peoples cultural organisations and play a key role in connecting thousands of visitors each year with the rich histories, cultures and continuing traditions of the First Peoples of south-eastern Australia
Working closely with our Manager – Cultural Experiences and a team of experienced First Peoples Cultural Guides, you will coordinate bookings, manage tour operations, schedule guides, support marketing initiatives and help ensure every visitor enjoys an exceptional cultural experience.
The Tours Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day coordination of KHT's guided cultural walking tour program, including:
This is a fast-paced role requiring excellent organisational skills, exceptional customer service and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
You are someone who:
Experience working within tourism, cultural organisations, education, hospitality or the not-for-profit sector will be highly regarded.
The Koorie Heritage Trust is a First Peoples owned and managed not-for-profit organisation located in the Birrarung Building at Federation Square.
