About the role

You will have the opportunity to learn on the go and work closely with a team of experienced technicians.

Responsibilities include installing electronic security systems Alarms, CCTV and Access Control, and Intercoms.

What you will gain is an understanding of the relationship between the CCTV systems, access controls data bases, as well as cabling and networking sites. 

The role involves a high level of Project work with the opportunity to travel interstate.

As part of a small company you will be working with a close knit team, predominantly working on Projects at different locations around Sydney with the possibility of travel interstate as the business supports sites in NSW, VIC, QLD, SA and WA. 

Skills and experience

• Current (Valid) Drivers Licence

• Work Cover WH&S (White Card)

• Security Licence an advantage, candidate should have the ability to obtain a security licence 

• Good customer service and effective communication skills

• Able to work both under minimal direction and as part of a small team

• Be self-motivated, well-presented and keen to learn

• Attention to detail and problem solving skills

• Understanding of basic electrical principles an advantage
