We're growing and so is our team! We're looking for experienced Construction Supervisors to join our team.

About the role:

• Supervise multiple new home builds, in a fast paced environment.
• Dedicated scheduling support to prioritise the delivery of what you need, when you need it.
• Spend less time on the road with all your jobs in small geographic zones.
• Supportive & open leadership to empower you in your role.
• Strong relationships with suppliers and subcontractors, ensuring seamless operations.
• Cutting-edge construction software for streamlined scheduling and project management.
• A culture of professionalism and safety, where your well-being is paramount.

Our Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience supervising multiple new home builds / sites simultaneously.
• You boast a solid trade background - preferably in Carpentry.
• You hold a Cert IV in Building & Construction and a QLD Site Supervisor's license.
• You possess a current, clean driver's license.
• You're a safety champion. Ensuring a safe worksite for all employees and subcontractors.
• You're a strong communicator with the ability to build trust with all stakeholders, including team members, customers, and trades.
