Join a trusted, high-performing general practice in South Australia. Westwood Medical Centre is seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our supportive team. This is a part-time role , working Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment.
Our busy clinic cares for more than 120 patients each day. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional care and fostering a collaborative and professional workplace culture. About the Role
As a Registered Nurse at Westwood Medical Centre, you’ll play a key role in supporting our GPs and ensuring high standards of clinical care. You’ll be part of a welcoming and efficient team that values both clinical excellence and compassion. Key Responsibilities
Conduct health assessments and assist with chronic disease management Support GPs with immunisations, ECGs, wound care, iron infusions, and other procedures Manage clinical supplies, stock control, and reordering
Oversee cold chain and infection control protocols Maintain clinical equipment and ensure a safe, clean work environment Stay compliant with healthcare regulations and safety standards
Foster strong communication within the team and maintain patient confidentiality About You
Passionate about proactive, preventative healthcare Professional, friendly, and empathetic communicator Able to work independently in a busy clinical setting
Strong time management and organisational skills Committed to ongoing learning and development Essential Requirements
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse Tertiary qualifications in Nursing Previous general practice experience (essential)
Current First Aid and CPR certification National Police Clearance
