About the role

OnlineAutoParts.com.au is looking for an experienced Sales & Customer Service Expert in Car Spare Parts to join our team in our Virginia, QLD location. This full-time role will see you providing exceptional customer service and expert sales support to our clients across the automotive industry.

What you'll be doing

• Providing friendly and knowledgeable customer service to clients via phone, email and in-person interactions

• Utilising your extensive product knowledge to identify the right car spare parts for customer needs

• Processing orders accurately and efficiently to ensure timely delivery

• Building strong relationships with both new and existing customers

• Upselling complementary products to increase sales

• Maintaining detailed records of all customer interactions and orders

• Collaborating with the wider team to continuously improve our customer experience

• Using our own bespoke In-house programs, Oscar AutoInfo, Salesforce, Peach Software. 

• Opportunities for Catalogue building and other database inhouse program. 

What we're looking for

• Minimum 4 years' experience in the Automotive Car Spare Parts industry

• Extensive knowledge of car spare parts, accessories and their applications

• A great knowledge of Car Parts Wholesalers and vehicle models

• Someone that knows their way around a keyboard and computer applications

• Clear pleasant phone manor and communication skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers

• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to quickly identify customer needs

• Highly organized with attention to detail to ensure accurate order processing

• Passion for providing exceptional customer service and going the extra mile
