A great step up for a talented Head Chef to move into a roving role covering Head Chef leave and vacancy. Full time, Monday to Friday role with no late nights or weekends.

• 9am-5.36pm
• Monday - Friday
• Head Chef coverage 

About the role:

• Travel required from Brisbane to Coffs Harbour
• Short and long term assignments

• Accommodation provided when needed
• Minimum Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery
• Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Head Chef in Aged Care / Hotels or similar settings
• Food Safety Supervisory Certification
• Deliver food services the Opal Way, providing consistent leadership in all deployments
• Create nutritious meals and snacks in line with the menu to bring joy to those we care for
• Ensure detailed compliance with the Opal HealthCare food safety program
