Multiple Positions Available – Accounting & Practice Nurse

Kripa Health Pty Ltd operates multiple medical and primary health care centers across Victoria and Queensland, delivering accessible, patient-centered, bulk-billed healthcare to our local communities. As our network continues to grow, we're expanding both our head office finance team and our clinical nursing teams.

We currently have the following opportunities available:

1. General Accountant

Location: Highton, Victoria (Head Office) | Full-time, ongoing,

Salary: $80,000 – $140,000 per annum + Superannuation (dependent on experience)

About the Role

Reporting directly to the Director, the General Accountant will play a pivotal role in maintaining financial integrity, supporting regulatory compliance, and enabling sound financial decision-making across our growing, multi-site clinic network.

Key responsibilities include:

·         Preparing and reviewing financial statements, management reports and performance summaries

·         Managing taxation compliance, including preparation and lodgement of BAS and income tax obligations

·         Developing, monitoring and reporting against budgets and cash flow forecasts across multiple clinic locations

·         Reconciling revenue from Medicare, bulk-billing and other funding sources against banking and accounting records

·         Overseeing payroll accuracy and superannuation guarantee compliance across the workforce

·         Maintaining and improving accounting systems, financial controls and record-keeping practices

·         Providing financial analysis and advice to the Director to support strategic and operational decisions

About You

·         Bachelor's degree or higher in accounting or a related field (or equivalent overseas qualification)

·         Relevant professional membership or eligibility for assessment with CPA Australia, CA ANZ, or the IPA highly regarded

·         Demonstrated experience in financial reporting, budgeting, taxation compliance and accounting systems, ideally across multiple business locations or entities

·         Strong communication skills and sound judgement, with the ability to liaise confidently with management, external accountants, auditors and regulators

2. Practice Nurses

Locations: Toowoomba, QLD and Drysdale, VIC | Full-time / Part-time available

Practice Nurse: $80,000 – $90,000 per annum (Excluding bonus)

Our Practice Nurses align with our Medical Centre's core values, providing comprehensive, safe and effective evidence-based care to achieve identified health outcomes for our patients. You will recognise and uphold the rights of all clients accessing our health services, advocate on their behalf, and help ensure a safe and secure clinical environment for patients and staff alike.

Key responsibilities include:

·         Provide direct patient care including assessments, treatments, and monitoring

·         Assist GPs in clinical procedures and chronic disease management

·         Support immunization programs, wound care, and preventive health initiatives

·         Maintain accurate clinical records and patient documentation

·         Ensure compliance with infection control and clinical safety standards

·         Support smooth daily operations of the medical centre

About You

·         Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)

·         Sound clinical judgement and a genuine commitment to patient-centred, evidence-based care

·         Strong communication and advocacy skills

·         Prior general practice or primary care nursing experience is highly regarded
