About The Role

Full-time positionMostly adult clients, with occasional paediatric overflow support when neededMixed caseload across NDIS, aged care, TAC, WorkCover, private, and MedicareWork includes home modifications, functional capacity assessments, and assistive technologyCommunity-based role, with an office at the Moorabbin clinic for team connection, report writing, and adminRegular team catch upsTravel radius generally within 30 minutes of the Moorabbin clinic, with most clients closer than thatTravel allowance provided
