The Northern Territory Police Force is seeking accomplished senior policing leaders to join its executive leadership team as Assistant Commissioner of Police. These pivotal roles provide executive leadership across operational policing, programs and strategies that strengthen community safety, improve service delivery and support the strategic objectives of the Force.

As Assistant Commissioner, you will lead and influence policing operations in a complex, diverse and geographically dispersed environment. You will champion reform, drive organisational performance, build strong partnerships with communities and stakeholders, and contribute to contemporary policing practices that respond to current and emerging challenges across the Territory.

This opportunity will suit a values-based leader with demonstrated integrity, resilience and judgement; strong conceptual and analytical capability; and the ability to inspire confidence, communicate with influence and lead continuous improvement across complex operational settings. The successful applicants will be required to hold, or have the ability to obtain, a national security clearance.
