Chas Cole Cellars Shepparton is growing our team and looking for enthusiastic, friendly and reliable people to join us in permanent and casual positions.

With the busy Christmas season approaching, it’s a great time to come on board! We’re looking for people who genuinely enjoy helping customers, working as part of a team and creating a great in-store experience.

Liquor experience or product knowledge is certainly an advantage, but just as important to us is a great attitude, willingness to learn and passion for customer service.

The Role

As part of the Chas Cole Cellars team, you’ll be much more than someone behind the counter. You’ll get to know our products, help customers find exactly what they’re looking for and contribute to a friendly, energetic and well-presented store.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Providing friendly, genuine and knowledgeable customer service

• Helping customers choose products and making recommendations to suit their needs

• Learning about our extensive range of beer, wine, spirits and other products

• Working together with your teammates to keep the store running smoothly

• Replenishing stock and maintaining a clean, safe and well-presented store

• Following company policies and procedures

• Completing the physical tasks involved in working in a busy retail environment

• Ensuring the responsible service of alcohol at all times

What We’re Looking For

We’d love to hear from you if you:

• Have a natural ability to connect with customers and enjoy helping people

• Bring a positive attitude and great energy to work

• Are reliable, proactive and willing to jump in and help your team

• Have an interest in liquor products and are keen to continue building your knowledge

• Are comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced retail environment

• Can work across a flexible roster, including weekends and peak trading periods

• Hold a current RSA, or are willing to obtain one immediately

Previous liquor retail experience is fantastic, but attitude and customer service are just as important to us.
