• Current Agent's Representative or Real Estate License (VIC)
• At least 1 year of experience in listing and selling property
• A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
• Strong knowledge of Collingwood, East Melbourne, and the Inner North/South-East suburbs (existing reputation ideal)
