Software Engineer

💻 Level 2/3 ServiceNow Practitioner — Defence
Eolas Solutions is looking for a Level 2/3 ServiceNow practitioner to start immediately in support of work in Defence.
This is a full-time, confirmed position, not a talent-pool or market-testing exercise.
📍 Location: Canberra🔐 Security clearance: Current NV1 or higher⏱️ Start date: Immediate💰 Total remuneration: $160,000–$180,000 including superannuation
The role requires someone who can:
• Work at Level 2/3 with limited direction and take ownership of delivery outcomes• Configure, develop and maintain ServiceNow capabilities• Translate business and technical requirements into practical platform solutions• Investigate and resolve complex platform issues• Support testing, deployment, documentation and knowledge transfer• Work directly with Defence stakeholders and delivery teams
Applicants must have:
• Demonstrated ServiceNow delivery experience• Experience working in Defence• Current NV1 security clearance at minimum• Strong stakeholder engagement and written communication skills• The ability to work in Canberra
Relevant ServiceNow certifications will be viewed favourably.
