Dentist - Banksia Grove

A part-time opportunity has opened up for an Associate Dentist to join an established general practice in Banksia Grove, in Perth's fast growing northern corridor.

This role has come about through genuine growth. The practice is expanding beyond its current two-day working rhythm in most surgeries, and there's a clear path to increase from two days to three within around six months, when one of the practice's dentists moves onto maternity leave. You'll be joining a small, close-knit team where everyone works across the practice rather than being paired with a single assistant, which broadens your clinical exposure and keeps the day varied.

The role suits a general dentist who wants a genuinely collegial environment and the option to grow their days over time as demand builds.

Location
Banksia Grove sits around 30 kilometres north of the Perth CBD in the City of Wanneroo, one of the fastest growing pockets of Perth's northern suburbs. It's a young, family-oriented community of contemporary homes, parks and new estates, with Currambine and Joondalup train stations both a short drive away.

The surrounding area also takes in Ashby, Carramar, Tapping and Sinagra, giving the practice a broad, steadily growing local patient base to draw from.

About You
You're a general dentist with solid clinical experience, comfortable managing a broad scope of general dentistry. Extensive years of experience aren't a requirement, mentorship is genuinely available for the right candidate.
You'll fit well if you enjoy working closely with a small team and want the flexibility to build your days as the practice grows.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide general dentistry across exams, fillings and routine restorative care
• Work collaboratively with rotating dental assistants and reception
• Refer complex surgical or cosmetic cases to principal dentists as needed
• Build rapport with a growing local patient base
• Maintain high clinical, ethical and professional standards
