About the role
We are looking for an engaged, enthusiastic & professional Early childhood teacher ready to join our team to provide, fun laughter & positive leadership. This role is up to 40 hours per week & is a full time position, offering the opportunity to lead a classroom while supporting educational leadership practices across the centre.
The successful candidate will guide educators in curriculum planning, reflective practice & EYLF implementation while maintaining high quality care that is aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework v2.0 and the National Quality Framework.
You will:
Ensure that a safe environment is maintained at all times
Be sensitive to all children's needs & interests
Be able to plan & implement developmentally appropriate curriculums across the age group
Demonstrate flexibility to work with children across various age groups as required by centre placement needs
Mentor and support educators in reflective practice, curriculum documentation, and professional growth.
Minimum of 3 years educator experience with 1 year experience as an Early Childhood teacher
Be able to establish & maintain positive parent & educator relationships.
Australian work authorisation is required for this position.
A current Working with Children Check is required.
Minimum Graduate Diploma or Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA-approved).
Experience leading a room, mentoring educators, and supporting curriculum planning preferred.
Strong understanding of NQF, NQS, and EYLF.
Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.
