Senior & Project Engineers for upcoming

Key Responsibilities - Manage the engineering delivery of FRP and structural concrete works from planning through to completion.
- Provide technical support to site teams, supervisors, subcontractors and project management.
- Review and interpret structural drawings, formwork drawings, reinforcement drawings, specifications and construction methodologies.
- Coordinate formwork, reinforcement and concrete activities to ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently and in accordance with project requirements.
- Prepare and manage ITPs, RFIs, technical submissions, pour plans, inspection documentation and quality records.
- Coordinate with structural engineers, consultants, clients and subcontractors to resolve technical queries and design issues.
- Monitor construction progress and identify potential technical, programme and constructability issues.
- Assist with planning, programming, procurement and resource requirements for FRP works.
- Ensure construction activities comply with approved designs, specifications, Australian Standards and project quality requirements.
- Assist with quantity tracking, forecasting, variations and progress claims.
- Conduct site inspections and provide engineering solutions to construction issues.
- Maintain accurate engineering and project documentation.
- For Senior Project Engineers, provide technical leadership and mentoring to Project Engineers and junior engineering staff.
Requirements – Senior Project Engineer - Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.

5+ years' experience in FRP, structural concrete, civil construction or infrastructure.
- Proven experience managing the engineering delivery of large-scale structural concrete and FRP packages.
- Strong technical knowledge of formwork, reinforcement, concrete pours and construction sequencing.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate engineers, supervisors, subcontractors and consultants.
- Strong understanding of temporary works, constructability and structural interfaces.
- Experience managing RFIs, ITPs, technical submissions, quality documentation and engineering deliverables.
- Strong commercial awareness, including variations, quantities, forecasting and progress claims.
- Ability to identify construction risks and develop practical, cost-effective engineering solutions.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop Project Engineers and junior engineers.
- Previous experience on major infrastructure, bridges, marine, mining or complex structural concrete projects highly desirable.
Requirements – Project Engineer - Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.

2+ years' experience in a Project Engineer role within FRP, structural concrete, civil construction or infrastructure.
- Strong understanding of formwork, reinforcement and concrete construction methodologies.
- Ability to read and interpret structural and reinforcement drawings.
- Experience with construction documentation including ITPs, RFIs, SWMS, inspections and quality records.
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing and site-based project delivery.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and organisational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, site-based environment.
- Previous experience on major infrastructure, bridges, marine, mining or structural concrete projects is highly desirable.
- Australian construction experience preferred.
