About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity for Beverage and Front of House Waiter. Your duties will include but not be limited to:

• Beverage supervison

• Iberian & Mediterranean Food Knowledge training

• Professional table service

• Food and Beverage service

• European wine knowledge

• Strong Communication skills

• Beverage training

• Floor and bar customer service

• Section waiter

• Event and function organisation skills

About You

To be successful in your application for this key role you must be an experienced front of house professional able to demonstrate/hold:

• A current RSA certificate

• Valid Australian work rights are required for this position

• Experience in a similar role or in a Supervisory capacity for minimum 1 years

• Minimum 1 years supervisory experience managing a team of 6-10 staff members

• POS system & Booking system prior experience

• Stock inventory management skills

• A strong focus on customer service

• Desire to work within a close-knit team

• Beverage knowledge particularly wine, aperitif and digestives plus cocktail making

• Comprehensive knowledge of wine regions and varieties is essential for beverage service

• Bar experience is an advantage

• Floor section supervision/maintenance also essential

• Restaurant operations and system responsibilities

• Working closely with Front of House & Kitchen teams

• Hosting experience

• Private dining experience
