Senior Dentist

Provide a patient centred service that focuses on providing efficient, high quality clinical dental treatment to eligible patients.

The Role

An opportunity has become available for a Senior Dentist to join Gold Coast Health (GCH) where the focus of our 13 000-strong team is on providing world-class health care to people living in the Gold Coast, and northern New South Wales region of Australia.

You will

• Provide high level dental care to all eligible patients including children
• Deliver high level clinical services and direction to oral health staff
• Lead service evaluation and quality improvement changes within the clinical teams
• Provide effective student supervision and education

About you

To be successful in this position you will require:

• Tertiary degree in Dentistry
• AHPRA Registration
• Evidence of vaccination, or be able to be vaccinated against and remain vaccinated against - Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella, Pertussis and Hepatitis B
• Tuberculosis screening, to identify if the tuberculosis vaccination may be required
• Driver Licence
• Declaration of serious discipline history must be disclosed
• Criminal History Screening will be required for new employees (GCH will cover cost)

Salary

• Permanent full time
• Base salary ranging from $158,532 - $170,285 per annum
