About the Role
In this hands-on role, you'll be responsible for managing inventory accuracy, ensuring ingredient availability, and supporting efficient production operations. You'll be working closely with the Syrup Makers assisting with ingredient inventory, stock control, and inventory optimisation to ensure uninterrupted production and exceptional service to our customers.

Duties 

• Manage Syrup Room inventory, ensuring ingredients and raw materials are available to meet production requirements. 

• Support the Syrup Maker's with ingredients and raw materials to ensure the timely production of beverage formulations. 

• Complete inventory transactions, stock counts and reconciliations to maintain accurate inventory records. 

• Maintain high standards of food safety, quality, housekeeping and compliance within the Syrup Room.  

Skills & Experience

• Completion of Year 10 (or equivalent), with strong numeracy and computer skills.

• Current driver’s licence and valid forklift licence.

• Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively. 

• High attention to detail with strong written and verbal communication skills. 

• Sound knowledge of HACCP, food safety and food hygiene practices.
