About the role

Cleanest Solar is a fast-growing local solar maintenance business servicing homes across Townsville. We're looking for a confident, motivated and reliable person to join our team as a Door-to-Door Sales Representative. Your job is simple: speak with homeowners, introduce our solar panel cleaning and maintenance services, generate interest and book qualified jobs for our field team.

Key responsibilities

• Door knocking residential areas around Townsville

• Starting friendly conversations with homeowners

• Explaining the benefits of professional solar panel cleaning

• Providing simple pricing and answering basic questions

• Booking jobs directly into our system

• Following a proven sales process

• Representing Cleanest Solar professionally in the community

• Working towards individual and team sales targets

About you

• Confident speaking with new people

• Positive attitude and good energy

• Can handle rejection without taking it personally

• Motivated by targets and earning potential

• Reliable and turn up when you say you will

• Can work independently without needing constant supervision

• Communicate clearly and professionally

• Willing to learn and improve your sales skills

• Previous experience in sales, retail, hospitality, fundraising, promotions, real estate, appointment setting or customer service is highly regarded, but not essential
