Auto Electrician

Location: Acacia Ridge, Brisbane QLD

We are looking for a qualified Auto Electrician to join our team at our Acacia Ridge branch. This role will suit someone who enjoys variety, with work across both field service and workshop environments as required.

You will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, servicing and maintaining electrical and air conditioning systems across a wide range of our equipment. The role will involve working in our workshop as well as attending breakdowns, service jobs and repairs in the field when needed.

·         Diagnose and repair electrical faults across a variety of equipment.

·         Carry out auto electrical servicing, maintenance and breakdown repairs.

·         Service, diagnose and repair air conditioning systems.

·         Work both in the field and in the Acacia Ridge workshop as required.

·         Complete job reports and maintenance documentation accurately.

·         Maintain a strong focus on safety, quality workmanship and equipment reliability.

·         Work with the branch team to minimise downtime and keep equipment operating efficiently.

·         Dual trades will be highly regarded.

·         Trade qualified Auto Electrician.

·         Air conditioning qualification is required.

·         Experience working on mobile plant, heavy vehicles, trucks, construction equipment, forklifts or similar equipment will be highly regarded.

·         Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills.

·         Ability to work independently in the field and as part of a workshop team.

·         Current driver’s licence.

·         Good communication skills and a reliable, can-do attitude.

·         Commitment to safe work practices and quality repairs.

·         Varied work across field service and workshop environments.
