Practice Nurse (RN)

About the Position

SmartClinics Carseldine Family Medical Centre is located in the Carseldine Homemaker Centre, with 9 highly trained doctors and allied health professionals supporting the clinic.

We are currently looking for a Practice Nurse (Registered Nurse) to join our care team on a Full Time basis. Our ideal candidate is someone with exceptional attention to detail, high-level communication skills, a strong work ethic and possess the ability to work not only autonomously but cohesively within a team.

What you will bring

Your experience in health care will enable you to perform a range of clinical duties including; immunisations, wound care management, assisting with minor surgical procedures, maintaining patient records, and effectively managing the recall process. Experience in General Practice will be viewed favourably.

You will also:

• Hold current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse.

• Have the ability to work independently, but also be a reliable team player.

• Provide excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

• Be self-motivated and possess a high standard of work values.
