About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Service Technician to join our high-performing field service team.

This is a full-time role working 38 hours per week plus reasonable overtime.

The successful candidate will:

- Service, maintain, and repair a wide variety of compressed air equipment, including rotary screw, piston, scroll, oil-free, and high-pressure compressors.

- Perform diagnostics, troubleshooting, and provide solutions for complex mechanical and electrical faults.

- Complete major overhauls including airend rebuilds, re-bearing, and desiccant dryer rebuilds.

- Install new equipment and conduct commissioning, upgrades, and system modifications.

- Respond to breakdowns and perform onsite emergency repairs when required.

- Maintain accurate service records and ensure compliance with safety standards.

This is a hands-on position requiring technical capability and the ability to work independently in the field

Skills & Experience

To be considered for this role, applicants must have:

- A relevant trade qualification (mechanical, electrical, or mechatronics).

- 10+ years of hands-on experience working with industrial compressed air systems (desirable).

- Servicing high-pressure piston compressors (desirable).

- Troubleshooting electrical and control faults (desirable).

- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage field service responsibilities.

- A strong safety-first mindset.

- A valid Australian driver’s licence.
