About Us
The PS Murray Princess is the largest inland paddle wheeler in the Southern Hemisphere. Accommodating a maximum of 120 guests and operating 3, 4 and 7 night cruises on the Murray River from Mannum, 87 kilometres from Adelaide, this stunning vessel attracts guests from all over Australia and the world.
Working roster is: 14.5 days on/ 13.5 days off. Roster commences on a Friday.

About the role
This position is an integral part of our galley (kitchen) team. Tasks include food preparation, ensuring food is rotated and kept in a clean and orderly manner, assisting with galley cleaning and maintenance, assisting with galley duties such as dish-washing and the transportation, and loading and unloading of food and equipment.
The Galley Hand is responsible for the maintenance of health and hygiene standards as required for a commercial kitchen under the guidance of the Head Chef and is required to keep all food service and preparation equipment clean and hygienic at all times.
