About You

Tertiary qualification in Rehabilitation Counselling or Psychology (5th year- Masters Degree required for Psychology applicants)Registration with AHPRA or ASORCPassionate about helping people navigate complex rehabilitation plansPride yourself on strong stakeholder management and communication skillsArriba is made up of innovators - we want our staff to bring new ideas to the table

The Role

Deliver assessments & counselling to people who are grappling with a sudden change in their career goals and circumstancesConduct assessments to help guide people toward their new careerCollaborate and build relationships with health professionals, specialists, employers, insurers and other key stakeholders to drive positive outcomes for clientsIdentify Return to Work (RTW) barriers and design, implement and monitor programs that assist injured employees to return to the workforceVisit workplaces to understand the challenges injured and ill workers may face and educating employers on the health benefits of good work
