Scheduler/ Admin

Our client is a well-established Brisbane based company operating for over 30 years. They are the HVAC-R hygiene experts, specialising in Ventilation and Air Restoration, HVAC-R Hygiene and Duct Cleaning. Serving commercial contracts in Queensland and New South Wales, trusted by Government, Healthcare​, Public and Private Sector Organisations. 

They are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Scheduler/ Admin to join their team.

As a Scheduler/ Admin, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating service calls for their team of technicians, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and according to client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule and coordinate jobs for technicians across multiple fields

• Monitor and track the status of ongoing service requests

• Liaise with the operations team to ensure smooth workflow and resolve any scheduling conflicts

• Provide administrative support to the team and management

To be considered:

• Proven experience in scheduling (from a services industry)

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• A strong mature mindset

• Knowledge of Google workspace & Workguru is a plus but not essential

• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

• A proactive and solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving

• Previous experience in HVAC industry is a plus but not required
