In your new role you will deliver responsive emergency care in a dynamic rural setting, managing acute and complex presentations while building strong connections with the communities you serve.

About us: 

Cairns and Hinterland Hospital and Health Service covers an area of 142,900 square kilometres. We go as far as Tully in the south, Cow Bay in the north and Croydon in the west.

About your role:

Your main tasks may included (but are not limited to):

• Primary and focused assessments of paediatric and adult patients.
• Performing vital signs, ECG's, cardiac monitoring, urinalysis and other point of care-testing.
• Interfacility transfer of patients.
• Triage (with relevant experience).
• Resus (with relevant experience).
