Ready to make an impact in luxury retail?  We’re looking for a driven Client Advisor to maximize sales and deliver exceptional experiences at our Collins Street boutique.

About you:

• Minimum 1–2 years of fashion sales experience in a retail setting, with luxury ready-to-wear and handbag experience preferred

• Strong ability to drive sales performance and build high-value client relationships through structured and proactive outreach methods and advanced clienteling

• Proven track record of consistently hitting monthly and annual sales targets and KPIs

• Advanced product knowledge that drives cross-selling and upselling across categories

• Capability to support inventory control and back-of-house operations

• Fluency in Italian or Greek is highly preferred but not mandatory.

The successful candidate must be able to work the Tuesday to Saturday roster.
