Internal Senior Support Worker – Bilby

As an Internal Senior Support Worker, you will work collaboratively with your House Manager to ensure that our clients receive the best possible support tailored to their individual needs and our teams are supported.

Responsibilities:

• Provide compassionate and personalised support to clients in their daily activities.
• Assist the House Manager is support our teams.
• Monitor and report on clients’ progress and any changes in their condition.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of care provided.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of care services.

Qualifications:

• Relevant qualification required
• Proven experience in a support worker role
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Empathy and a genuine desire to help others.
• Knowledge of standards of care
