Selection Criteria:
1. Qualifications in accordance with Schedule C of the NSW Health Service Health Professionals (State) Award and Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA). Please state your qualifications that are relevant to this role.
2. Describe how your qualifications, experience and personal skills make you suitable for the Senior Podiatrist role.
3. Please provide an example of how you have demonstrated clinical leadership within a team. Outline your role, your leadership style and the outcome this led to. This can be clinical or non-clinical.
4. Describe a change, project or clinical initiative you were involved in that improved patient outcomes or the way a service was delivered. What was your role and what changed as a result?
