Senior Dermal Therapist

Job Description

Jade Walker & Co is looking for an experienced Dermal & Laser Therapist to join our boutique Woollahra clinic.

About the Role

We are looking for someone who is both clinically strong and commercially driven.

You must be able to consult confidently, personalise treatment plans, educate clients, build long-term relationships, achieve results and contribute commercially to the growth of the clinic.

Skills & Experience

You will be confident in:

• HIFU, RF, skin needling and laser treatments

• Conducting thorough skin consultations and creating personalised treatment plans

• Selling treatment packages and skincare

• Rebooking and retaining clients

• Building and growing your own client base

• Treating pigmentation, sun damage, rosacea, broken capillaries, acne, acne scarring, hormonal skin and ageing concerns

Essential Clinical Knowledge

• Strong knowledge of skin anatomy and physiology

• Strong understanding of facial anatomy

• Confident skin analysis and consultation skills

• Ability to identify skin concerns and recommend appropriate treatment plans

• Strong understanding of contraindications, treatment suitability and client safety

• Proven experience with HIFU, RF, skin needling and laser treatments

Remuneration

$40–$55 per hour + super + uncapped commission and performance incentives, depending on experience.
