We're actively in search of an experienced Part-Time Property Manager to join our client's dynamic team. In this diverse role, you'll be responsible for managing a growing property portfolio, of predominately commercial assets and some residential dwellings within the group and building strong relationships with landlords and tenants, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day management of the company's property interests. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys taking ownership of their portfolio and is looking to contribute to an established and expanding organisation.

 Key Responsibilities:

• Managing a diverse internal property portfolio, including properties currently managed through external agents.

• Managing tenant matters including rental applications, lease agreements, arrears and Airbnb check-ins/outs.

• Coordinating repairs, maintenance and warranty matters across the property portfolio.

• Liaising with landlords, tenants, agents, lawyers and other relevant stakeholders.

• Managing property-related matters including insurance, grants, tribunal applications,  and attending on behalf of landlord AGMs and Owners Corporation meetings.

• Maintaining accurate property records and managing property outgoings within Re-Leased software.

• Providing general property administration and support as required.

Qualifications, Skills & Personal Attributes:

• Previous experience in Property Management or a similar property-focused role.

• Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional and personable approach.

• A high level of accountability, responsibility and attention to detail.

• Strong administrative and record-keeping skills.

• Experience with Re-Leased or similar property management software would be highly regarded.
