Clinical Trainer

About the role

The Senior Training Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Sydney, NSW, responsible for training and education delivery across The Skin Bar's clinics. You'll work closely with leadership and clinical teams as we build out new product lines, treatment protocols and education programs, while developing the skills and confidence of our boutique clinic teams across Australia.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct training programs for clinic teams, including onboarding, technical treatment training, customer experience, and compliance

• Conduct regular training sessions, workshops, and refreshers

• Evaluate performance through assessments, observations, and feedback

• Collaborate closely with operations and leadership to ensure training aligns with brand standards, treatment protocols, and expansion plans

• Maintain consistent quality of service across all locations

• Utilise and improve training materials, documentation, and digital resources

• Mentor trainers and team leads

• Support change management when new treatments, technologies, or processes are introduced

• Provide hands-on treatment training and new product and treatment launches

About you

• Minimum 2 years experience in a training or education role within the beauty, skin or aesthetics industry

• Certificate IV in Training & Assessment or relevant training qualification

• Diploma of Beauty Therapy or higher qualification

• Strong practical skin and treatment knowledge

• Confident presenting, educating and leading small groups

• Passionate about developing people and creating exceptional treatment standards

• Interstate travel will occasionally be required
