Key Responsibilities:Support for the HR related work for the APAC region, with a focus on Australia and key Asian markets.Partner with HQ to implement global HR strategies and ensure local relevance.Work with the local HRBP to advise business leaders on performance, talent development, employee relations, and org design.Support end-to-end HR operations: hiring, onboarding, engagement, and compliance.Lead or support regional HR projects and cross-country collaboration.
Requirements:Fluent in English and Mandarin (spoken and written).Strong knowledge of HR practices in Australia and across Asia.Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills.Experience in a fast-paced, multicultural environment is a plus.
