AV Warehouse Coordinator

As our current Warehouse Coordinator transitions into a new role within the company, we are seeking our next AV1der to step into this position. We're primarily seeking someone for a full-time permanent position, however we're also keen to hear from experienced candidates who are looking for casual work.

Working alongside our Warehouse team, you'll play a key role in ensuring our equipment is prepared, maintained and ready to deliver exceptional events.

The day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Preparing, packing and checking audio-visual equipment

• Loading and unloading vehicles

• Testing and maintaining equipment

• Returning and processing equipment after events

• Maintaining a clean, organised and safe warehouse

• Assisting with stock control and inventory

• Overseeing warehouse casual staff when required

Experience with audio-visual equipment is highly regarded but not essential if you have strong warehouse experience and a willingness to learn.

Further to this, the ideal candidate will:

• Have excellent attention to detail

• Be able work efficiently both independently and as part of a team

• Take pride in being organised and reliable

• Have experience in driving large vans and/or trucks (HR or MR License preferred, but not essential)

• Love a supportive and fun environment
