Regional Sales Manager

CLLIX Apartments & Hotels operates a growing portfolio of 24 apartment-hotels across Queensland, Melbourne and Adelaide. Group and corporate accommodation are key and growing revenue streams for our business, supporting corporate clients, touring productions, sporting organisations, education groups, government and major events.

We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Regional Sales Manager, based in Brisbane or Sydney, to join our Sales team and drive new business opportunities, strengthen corporate partnerships and grow revenue across the CLLIX portfolio.

About the Opportunity

CLLIX Apartments & Hotels is seeking an experienced and commercially driven Regional Sales Manager to join our Sales team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a results-focused sales professional with a strong hunter mentality who thrives on developing new business, building strategic corporate relationships and converting opportunities into sustainable revenue growth.

Working closely with the General Manager Sales, you will be responsible for driving corporate sales performance across the CLLIX Apartments & Hotels portfolio. You will manage and grow existing corporate accounts while actively identifying and securing new corporate partnerships, group business and agency opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Manage and grow a portfolio of existing corporate accounts, maximising their revenue potential across the CLLIX portfolio.
• Identify, pursue and secure new corporate and group business opportunities.
• Develop strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents and key industry partners.
• Conduct regular account reviews to monitor performance and identify opportunities for further growth.
• Develop and maintain effective lead-generation strategies through targeted prospecting, corporate outreach, agency engagement and structured cold calling.
• Monitor corporate sales performance and provide meaningful insights using sales and market data.
• Maintain accurate and consistent sales activities, client interactions and opportunities within HubSpot CRM.
• Represent CLLIX Apartments & Hotels at corporate meetings, networking functions, trade shows and relevant industry events.
• Conduct client meetings, sales missions and property inspections as required.
• Undertake regional and interstate travel where required to support business development and sales opportunities.
• Work collaboratively with the broader Sales and operational teams to achieve business growth and revenue targets.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

• Proven experience in a Senior Business Development or Sales Manager position.
• Established industry relationships within the Sydney and Melbourne market.
• Demonstrated success in generating new business, growing revenue and managing high-value corporate relationships.
• Strong commercial awareness and an entrepreneurial approach to identifying and converting opportunities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• The ability to analyse sales data, market intelligence and customer behaviour to identify commercial opportunities.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced sales environment.
• The confidence and self-motivation to work independently while contributing effectively as part of a broader team.
• Experience using CRM systems such as HubSpot.
• Knowledge of the accommodation and hospitality industry, particularly across the Sydney, Brisbane and Melbourne markets, will be highly regarded.
• Experience with hospitality platforms such as RMS 9+ Cloud will also be advantageous.
