About the Role

We’re currently seeking Chefs and/or Cooks to join our huge multi venue operations located at Gold Coast Airport. Working across six cafes, restaurants and bars we have Part Time or Full-Time basis depending on experience and availability.

You will be supported by a great leadership team and work collaboratively with a professional Head Chef and highly experienced culinary team. As an ideal candidate, you will be an experienced and professional team player with a can-do attitude and a commitment towards achieving outstanding results.

Our venues include:

• Wollumbin Bar & Restaurant

• Paradox Bar & Restaurant

• Merlo Cafe & Bar 

• The Sand Bar 

• Social Espresso 

• The Beach Shack Bar & Grill

What will you need to succeed?

• Have at least 1 year experience in working in a fast-paced hospitality environment

• Strong understanding of food safety and practices

• A passion for food and an eagerness to learn and develop culinary skills

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Well-presented, reliable, and passionate about quality food

• Individuals with high problem-solving skills

• Must work well under pressure and as part of a team
