Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field.

• Must have experience Employer Sponsored in 407, 482, 494, 186 visa subclass.

• Must have experience in Skilled migration 491, 189 and 190 visa subclass.

• Familiarity with case management tools such as Migration Manager, ImmiAccount, or similar software

• Have knowledge in doing all different types of Skill Assessments requirements and documentation.

• Assist Migration Agents in collecting documents, drafting application for skill assessment and visa applications

• Follow-up with client enquiries, phone, and emails in timely manner

• We expect you to work predominantly from our Melbourne CBD office where clients often visit

• Strong attention to detail with excellent time management and organisational skills

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple applications and meet tight deadlines

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients

• Ability to interpret and explain complex immigration processes to clients in a simple, clear manner

Ability to commute/relocate : Melbourne, Vic 3000: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Work Authorisation : Australian PR/ Citizen (preferred)

Pay: $65,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
