Project Manager - Infrastructure & Street Scapes

BOS Civil is a Western Australian civil construction company delivering infrastructure and streetscape projects across the Perth metropolitan area.

We are seeking a Project Manager to join our Infrastructure & Streetscapes team. You will be responsible for delivering Perth metro projects valued up to $25 million, from early works through to completion.

This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role for someone comfortable taking ownership, making decisions on the ground, and running work with the support of a strong delivery team.

Reporting to the Construction Manager – Infrastructure, you will have full ownership of the day-to-day delivery of assigned infrastructure and streetscape projects, taking accountability for program, cost, quality, safety and overall project performance.

You will run your projects on the ground, leading site teams and subcontractors from planning through to completion, with support from the wider business where required.

Key responsibilities include:

• Full responsibility for the delivery and outcomes of your projects

• Managing programs, budgets and resources to meet commercial and delivery targets

• Leading and coordinating Supervisors, Engineers and site teams

• Managing subcontractors, suppliers and consultants

• Owning client, consultant and utility authority relationships

• End-to-end contract administration, including variations and progress claims

• Ensuring safety, quality and environmental standards are met

• Providing clear and accurate reporting on project progress and financials

• Mentoring and developing engineers within your project teams

• Experience delivering civil infrastructure and streetscape projects

• Background as a Project Manager

• Strong understanding of roadworks, drainage, pavements and public-realm works

• Comfortable taking ownership and driving outcomes across multiple stakeholders

• Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills

• Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
