Our Facilities Maintenance team provide responsive and programmed maintenance, emergency repairs, disability modification upgrades, vacant restorations and property & condition assessment surveys throughout New South Wales, South Australia and Tasmania.
The Opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced and driven Delivery Manager to lead the planning, delivery, and performance of facilities maintenance works for an upcoming maintenance contract with a large community housing provider servicing the Hunter, Central Coast and Regional NSW.
This is a key leadership role responsible for maximising operational performance and financial outcomes while ensuring full contractual compliance. You will oversee program delivery, manage client and vendor relationships, and drive continuous improvement across all facilities maintenance programs.
The scope of work orders includes responsive and programmed maintenance, vacant restorations, home modifications and cyclical compliance.
Standard working weeks are 40 hours Monday to Friday.
This is a fast-paced role, that involves travel to various sites throughout the Hunter, Central Coast and Regional NSW, with no two days being the same and is providing an essential service to the local community.
About You:
You are a motivated leader with strong industry knowledge and the ability to balance operational delivery with commercial performance. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a proven track record of managing multiple programs while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships. (previous experience in the facilities maintenance industry or a project supervisor role will be highly regarded).
You will bring:
• Demonstrated experience in the building or facilities maintenance industry
• Strong stakeholder management skills (internal and external)
• Excellent time management and prioritisation abilities
• High-level reporting and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and MS Project
• A proactive approach to risk management and continuous improvement.
Essential Requirements:

• OHS General Construction Induction Card (White Card)
• National Police Check
• Successful completion of a medical check including Alcohol and other Drugs screening.
• NSW Drivers Licence
• NSW Qualified Supervisor Certificate for General Building Work (or relevant experience and qualifications to obtain this).
Our Benefits:
• Annual salary between $120,000 - $130,000, commensurate with candidate skills, qualifications and experience.
