About the role:
This role would suit:
A junior to mid level lawyer looking to grow in a supportive specialist environment; orA mid to senior level lawyer seeking flexible options including during school hours; orA senior lawyer with an established referral base who is looking for the right professional home.
About you:You have experience in family law, particularly parenting and financial matters. You are comfortable working independently, while knowing when to seek guidance and to collaborate.
Key criteria:Admission as a lawyer in Australia, and eligibility to practise law in Western Australia.The right to work in Australia.
Nice to have:Prior experience in a specialist family law firm.Family law specialist accreditation or a Masters in family law. Collaborative practice training or mediation training.
