Stockman Rural Supplies is a locally owned and operated rural merchandise store servicing

the equine, livestock, farming and acreage communities across Sydney's north-west.

As our business continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Store

Manager / 2IC who is ready to play an integral role in our future. We are looking for someone

who enjoys taking ownership, identifying opportunities for improvement and contributing

to the continued growth and diversification of the business.

About You

We are looking for someone who combines industry knowledge with initiative and a genuine

passion for the rural sector.

You would ideally have:

 Previous experience within the rural merchandise, agricultural or horticultural

industries.

 A sound understanding of the needs of rural, equine and acreage customers.

 Experience in retail management, operations or business development.

 A proactive approach with the confidence to identify opportunities and implement

improvements.

 Strong organisational, leadership and problem-solving skills.

 Marketing, merchandising or business development experience (highly regarded).

 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

 Strong computer literacy and the ability to quickly learn new systems.

 Current drivers licence.

 Forklift licence (preferred but not essential).
