Home Care Worker

Clean N Care Home & Garden Services are looking for approximately 10 hour Casual role as a Home Care Worker to provide services to NDIS Participants within the regional area of Orange NSW. We are already established in the Bathurst & Oberon area providing Domestic Assistance & Community Support to clients.

We are looking for enthusiastic people that are willing to be available for new clients in Orange.

We provide the training and ongoing support to assist you in doing your job well and safely.

Duties and responsibilities include:

• Domestic Assistance in the home.
• Community Access, assisting clients with their shopping, attending appointments & other social support.
• Supporting clients to meet their daily living requirements.
• Developing relationships with clients, delivering person centered care and support.
• Completing online training & documentation in a timely & accurate manner.
• Report on the progress of service and the well-being of the client after each service.
• Complying with Clean N Care’s Vision, Mission, Values & Staff Handbook.
• Ensuring all responsible steps are taken to protect personal safety & the safety of others in the workplace.
• Adhering to our Code of Conduct and operating in accordance with Clean N Care's policies and procedures.
• You must be able to travel between clients homes, with your own vehicle.

Essential Selection Criteria

• Current Police Check
• Current NDIS Worker Screen Check.
• Registered & Insured Car & Drivers License.
• Mobile phone with internet connection compatible with our scheduling platform.

Desirable

• First Aid Certificate

Rate

• Casual - $36.33 per hour.
• Travel - paid within Community Access services.
• Other - paid travelling between clients on the same working day.

NOTE – Orange is a new area we are expanding to, therefore we will focus on getting you trained & orientated for new clients that require Domestic Assistance & Community Access. These roles are predominately 2 - 4 hour shifts, Monday to Saturday. We confirm how many hours you will be available each week and will work on providing you shifts that meet your needs.
