As part of a broader enterprise initiative, the organisation is transitioning from legacy and manual processes to UKG WFM Pro, representing a significant uplift in workforce capability, operational visibility and governance.

About the Opportunity

This is a pivotal, project-aligned Trainer role responsible for designing, building, and executing the end-to-end training strategy for a major Workforce Management (WFM) solution transition. Reporting directly to the program manager and communication and change lead, you will serve as the frontline advocate for the project as the business transitions staff from legacy platforms to UKG WFM Pro.  

You will operate across all levels of the business, facilitating educational programs for frontline employees, support services, and operational leaders. This role goes beyond standard instruction—you will foster adoption, design accessible digital learning assets, and provide hands-on coaching to ensure a seamless operational rollout.  

What You'll Do

As a key member of the transformation team, you will drive user capability and adoption across the national footprint.  

• Facilitate comprehensive training content for diverse audiences using a balance of face-to-face, online, and self-paced learning channels.  
• Managing the training schedule, maintaining instructional goals, and setting practical assessment modes.  
• Overseeing a rich library of supporting digital assets, including video guides, audio content, and interactive simulations using tools like Articulate 360.  
• Delivering scheduled training sessions across national locations and offering targeted hyper-care support and coaching during go-live phases.  
• Ensuring all instructional materials are inclusive, accessible, and structured in alignment with project standards.  
• Partnering closely with internal project teams, software vendors, and state operations management to align training delivery with project milestones.  

What You'll Bring

We are looking for a proactive, hands-on Trainer or Training Lead with strong instructional design skills and a natural ability to build rapport across multi-tiered operational environments.  In addition, you will bring:

• Proven experience delivering training within enterprise Workforce Management (WFM) implementations, with UKG WFM Pro expertise almost essential.  
• Demonstrated expertise in facilitating in person training sessions to diverse workforces.  
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, backed by outstanding attention to detail and strong grammar.  
• A collaborative and adaptable working style with a track record of partnering effectively across IT, project, and operational teams.  
• Willingness and ability to travel interstate as required for key face-to-face training delivery and project events.
