Turf & Garden Maintenance Person

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Turf & Garden Maintenance Person to join our team in a full-time position.

This is a hands-on outdoor role suited to someone who takes pride in their work, can complete tasks independently and also works well as part of a team.

Key responsibilities

• Mowing, edging and maintaining turf areas

• General garden maintenance, including pruning, weeding and planting

• Operating and maintaining gardening equipment and machinery

• Green waste removal and general site clean-up

• Identifying and reporting maintenance issues

• Completing work safely, efficiently and to a high standard

• Working independently and alongside other team members

What we’re looking for

• A current manual driver’s licence is essential

• Experience in turf or garden maintenance is preferred

• Reliable, punctual and able to follow instructions

• Able to work unsupervised and manage daily tasks

• A positive attitude and strong work ethic

• Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions

• Good communication and teamwork skills

• Knowledge of workplace health and safety practices
