The Paralegal will support legal practitioners by preparing and formatting legal documents, organizing case files, and managing correspondence with clients and external stakeholders. Daily responsibilities include conducting legal and factual research, reviewing and summarizing documents, and assisting with matter management and court filings. The role also involves maintaining accurate records, tracking deadlines, and contributing to streamlined legal processes that align with the firm’s values of simplicity, efficiency, and strong client outcomes. The successful candidate will work closely with the legal team to help ensure high-quality service and timely delivery of legal work.Qualifications Strong foundation in Law with knowledge of relevant legal principles and procedures.Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation, including drafting, formatting, and organizing contracts, pleadings, and correspondence.Effective Communication skills for clear, professional interaction with clients, colleagues, and external parties.Competence in Research and Document Review to analyze cases, verify information, and summarize key findings.High attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills in managing multiple matters and deadlines.Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment in Sydney, NSW, and maintain confidentiality and ethical standards.Experience using legal practice management software and standard office productivity tools is highly beneficial.Certificate or diploma in legal studies, paralegal studies, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in a law firm or legal setting.
