Field Service Technician

About the role

Field Service Technician- Poly Welder completing water infrastructure projects across the Hunter region in NSW. This is a full-time permanent position, not a FIFO or DIDO role.

Key responsibilities

• Weld poly pipelines across various open cut mine sites

• Install associated fittings and valves

• Complete daily paperwork

• Attend pre-starts and monthly toolbox talks

• Shut down work and the completion of projects

• Some workshop duties

About you

• Demonstrated and proven prior experience in the mining and/or civil sector

• Current Poly Welding Ticket

• Dogman Ticket

• Chainsaw Ticket (or willing to obtain before employment commences)

• Australian driver's licence

• White Card

• Ability to pass pre-employment medical, drug & alcohol screening, and chest x-ray

• Live in or within 60 minutes of Muswellbrook NSW or have suitable accommodation arranged

• Experience fabricating pipe spools highly advantageous

• Excavator ticket and HR licence highly advantageous
