Gardener for Garden Maintenance Team

The Company

A well-established design, construction and maintenance residential gardening company based in Melbourne (Box Hill South). 

Currently seeking a full-time Team Leader & Team Member for their garden maintenance division.

Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for the maintenance of high-end residential properties across the southern and eastern inner suburbs of Melbourne.

 Requirements

 To be the right candidate for this role and this company you will need to have:

• An eagerness to learn and be trained in the field of Horticulture

• Experience in residential maintenance

• Preference is for a qualification in Horticulture (but not essential)

• A good knowledge of plants, pests and diseases

• A keen eye for detail

• Take pride in the quality of work you produce

• Great communication skills for liaising with clients

• Manual drivers licence (essential)
