Team members collaborate across disciplines and stakeholders, making it a dynamic environment for professionals interested in project coordination and retail property-related services.Role Description: The Junior Project Manager is a part-time role based in Stepney, SA with a hybrid working arrangement, combining on-site work with some work from home. In this role, the Junior Project Manager supports the planning and coordination of tenancy delivery projects, including tracking timelines, updating project documentation, and assisting with stakeholder communication. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring progress against project milestones, following up with suppliers and contractors to expedite activities, and supporting inspections to verify that work meets agreed standards. The role also involves assisting with preparing project status reports, and helping identify and resolve minor issues before they impact project schedules. The Junior Project Manager collaborates closely with the Tenancy Delivery Manager to ensure consistent, efficient delivery across multiple active projects.Qualifications:Candidates should possess Project Management skills to assist with planning, tracking milestones, managing documentation, and coordinating stakeholders.Candidates should possess Inspection skills to support site checks, verify work quality, and confirm compliance with project requirements.Additional beneficial qualifications include strong organisational and time-management abilities, and clear written and verbal communication skills.A relevant qualification or coursework in project management, construction, property, or a related field is advantageous, as is prior experience in a coordination or support role within projects or operations.
